Shipping policy

All packages ship within 3-5 business days of ordering. Please note, business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. If your order contains both pre-order items and live inventory then the entire order will be held until those pre-order items have arrived.

Pre-order items will ship on/after release date within 3-5 business days upon arrival from distributors and suppliers. Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting product out to us. Product can/will have delays and we are not responsible for shipping set backs that occur.
