Refund policy

For returns to be accepted, the original item with original seal must be returned in SEALED, UNOPENED condition. Opened items forfeit the ability to be returned regardless of reason or justification. Confirming contents is not an acceptable reason for opening the package for intention of return.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% fee on any returns or order cancellations.

We will not refund any shipping costs paid, after an item has been shipped. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.

Returns must be sent back within 1 week of being delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse refund on any pre-order items.

All product comes to us factory sealed sent from distributors & suppliers, in the factory wrapping (when applicable). Imperfections can/do happen with product. Therefore, we are not responsible for any defects, packaging/wrapping errors, rips, tears, bends or missing/damaged components inside the factory sealed item.

Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product, as intended by the manufactures', unless noted otherwise in the listing. Please be aware that damage to outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.

Any concerns related to manufacturing, mispacks, or other issues must be resolved by contacting The Pokémon Company directly.


To start a return, you can contact us at rocgamesllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You as a buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, sale items, or gift cards. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of any kind.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
